Cranio-sacral is a gentle yet powerful technique that calms the nervous system, balances cerebral spinal fluid, and releases tension around the head, neck, spine, and sacrum. Energy work incorporates nurturing, healing touch that relaxes the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki, sound therapy, essential oils, and hot stones can also be added. This is especially helpful for those dealing with PTSD, trauma, and anxiety.

Oncology Massage

$90 FOR 60 MINUTES

A relaxing and nurturing massage incorporating all elements of my signature massage except for deep tissue. This bodywork takes into consideration the sensitivities of people with a cancer diagnosis, undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiation, and the emotional rollercoaster of these processes. In-hospital, in-home, or hospice-care massage available for these clients.
